Typically, CB in-house items have an estimated delivery time of 10-12 weeks from the order confirmation/payment confirmation, while lighting items take approximately 4-6 weeks. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items can be received at the designated destination and within the agreed-upon timeframe as specified by the courier company. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. Additionally, please ensure that the items can fit through your doors in order to prevent any delivery complications.
Our standard delivery service ensures that your order will be delivered to the main entrance door. If you have specific delivery requirements that fall outside of these parameters, any additional charges associated with such requests will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both parties and the delivery service, it is your responsibility to transfer the items to the desired room.

You are responsible for the payment of any import duties or custom fees related to your order. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

Casa Botelho has the right to cancel any contract with you if delivery fails three times due to your actions. If your goods remain at our warehouse for more than four weeks and you fail to accept delivery/redelivery despite being contacted by Casa Botelho, you may be subject to a storage fee.
