"Bespoke sizes are available upon request" means that the customer can request a custom size for the product, which will be manufactured specifically for their order. However, it's important to note that this may extend the delivery time as it will require additional manufacturing time.

Before placing your order, please make sure to consider the dimensions of the items and ensure they can fit through doors, staircases, or lifts. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility, as we are unable to accept returns based on this issue.

All of our metal products are meticulously crafted by hand. Due to the artisanal nature of the finishing process, slight variations in the metalwork are to be expected.

Many of our surfaces are made from natural materials, so please anticipate unique variations as each piece is truly one of a kind.

For our Eros Mirrors, we strongly advise hiring a professional to hang the mirror securely on the wall. Prior to installation, please verify the weight limit of the wall to ensure proper support. The mirror is equipped with hanging holes on the back specifically for this purpose. Please note that we do not supply tools or screws for hanging, as the appropriate screws may vary based on the type and material of the wall. It is essential to securely and correctly hang the mirror to prevent accidents or damage. If you have any inquiries or concerns about hanging your Eros Mirror, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

To clean any Casa Botelho products with hard surfaces, gently wipe them with a dry cloth and DO NOT use any harsh chemicals cleaning products.

If you need flame retardant (FR) treatments applied to fabrics, kindly make the request before placing your order. We will subsequently verify the feasibility of accommodating your request and provide confirmation.

To protect metal and surfaces, we recommend using a soft coaster.

Please refrain from forcefully banging other items against the metal surfaces.

With regards to lighting, detailed specifications and instructions are included with each product. We highly advise thoroughly reviewing the specifications, particularly the weight, prior to placing your order. In certain cases, it may be necessary to reinforce or prepare the ceiling for proper installation. Therefore, we recommend engaging the services of a professional electrician to handle the installation of the lights.
